| 摘要： | ALLU is now offering new units for use in recycling construction and demolition waste. The firm has developed crusher buckets that suit carriers weighing from 10-38tonnes and that are also adjustable for 13 different discharge sizes. The firm claims that these units offer increased capacity and long wear life, along with high production rates. A firm in Finland has used the crusher and screener side by side, it became a game changer for demolition. At this site, 85% was screened and also partially crushed through an Allu Transformer DH 3-17 XHD screener crusher bucket and only the excess very hard material was crushed with an Allu Crusher AC 25-37 crusher bucket. Concrete was treated after pulverisation using two ALLU units, with around 5,000tonnes passing through the two buckets. The maximum fraction size achieved in the pulverisation was 400mm, which is a maximum input feed size for the Allu crusher bucket and the demolition took three weeks. |
