| 摘要： | The Chinese authorities issued an important update of the so-called "Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Pollutants of Diesel Engines of Non-Road Mobile Machinery", also known as "China NRMM Tier 4". The regulation will be implemented on December 1st, 2022 for industrial engines with rated output up to 560kW. Kohler engines have been designed to meet high emissions standards and comply with China Tier 4. Kohler also offer support and expertise to OEMs in designing a China 4 compliant product line. "The new China Tier 4 emissions standard for non-road mobile machinery sets highly demanding requirements on particulate matter emission. Kohler has already upgraded the traditional engine fuel system, intake and exhaust systems and control system, to provide OEMs with fully compliant engines," declared Li Shaoqi, director of Commerce, Kohler Engines Asia Pacific. "The upgrade from China 3 to China 4 is much more challenging if compared to the previous from China 2 to China 3, but Kohler is able to offer enhanced performance, a smart exhaust aftertreatment strategy, heavy-duty design, as well as guarantee low cost of ownership" said Li. The China Tier 4 emission standard has raised the China Tier 5 standard prospectively, which reflects the Euro Stage 5. As Chinese users opt for Kohler engines to upgrade to China Tier 4, they would save the development when China Tier 5 comes into force. |
