| 摘要： | Rotar is now offering its RSQ-fully integrated adapters, based on the new S - standard quick-coupler, on its full range of hydraulic attachments. These are suitable for use with the Oilquick, Steelwrist and Rototilt systems. The new RSQ-integrated adapters contain the hydraulic hoses and connections inside the unit. The rotator-heads of the firm's attachments are redesigned for the new RSQ-adapters. Installation is carried out at the factory. The new RSQ-adapters are built directly to the slewing-ring. This compact combination of the attachment and the new RSQ-adapter offers benefits for the operator. Depending on the size of the attachment, the combination can be built up to 200mm shorter and up to 200kg lighter in comparison to the traditional hammer top-plates. This helps provide an improvement in stability for the carrier and is of particular benefit for use on high-reach excavators. The Rotar distributors or end-user can order their attachment with a fully integrated RSQ- adapter straight from the factory, which is ready for plug and play. The standard installation of the hammer top-plate and hydraulic hoses/fittings expires. This saves time and additional costs. The integrated design means that the risk of hose damage is eliminated on heavy demolition sites. This increases safety and reduces costs. |
