摘要：	While our budget directly supports five segments (Reduced Congestion, Environmental Stewardship, Organizational Excellence, Safety, and Security, Preparedness, and Emergency Response), and the majority of our funding is directed towards Reduced Congestion, our main goal remains Safety. Our request continues to support the national Rail Safety Action Plan presented by the Secretary in 2005, detailing many of our accomplishments since the inception of the plan. The budget includes a request to fund a Close Call Confidential Reporting System that would allow FRA to better leverage its resources by expanding its partnership with industry to achieve safety goals, which is a key component of the Action Plan. / Availability Note: Product reproduced from digital image.
