摘要：	The priority mission of CBP is to prevent terrorists and terrorist weapons from entering the United States. CSI directly supports the priority mission of CBP by preventing and deterring terrorist use of maritime containers through the facilitation and maintenance of legitimate trade. CSI enhances the capability of CBP to target and examine sea cargo, and if necessary, respond to the presence of weapons grade materials without disrupting the vital flow of cargo through United States seaports.
