"As an industry, we need to be at the table or we will find ourselves on the menu," Jennifer Carpenter, AWO's president said at a March conference organized by Marine Log. The shipping industry is under increasing pressure worldwide to decarbonize its operations and reduce carbon emissions, and reaching these goals is "the biggest industry challenge of our era," said Carpenter. |
