| 摘要： | The Susquehanna is the fourth and newest Chesapeake-class pilot boat built at Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding in Somerset, Mass., for the Association of Maryland Pilots. Previously, two Chesapeake-class pilot boats were built in 2003 and one in 2011. The 52.6'×l6.8'×4.8' Susquehanna was delivered in December and operates out of Lynnhaven, Va., at the entrance to Chesapeake Bay. The aluminum pilot boat is taking pilots to incoming ships off Cape Henry, a run of six to eight miles. |
