David Grzebinski, president and CEO of the Houston-based tank barge operator, said the loss wasn't a surprise as the company was hit by declining volumes and pricing during the first four months of the year, while an unprecedented winter storm that produced freezing temperatures forced prolonged shutdowns of many customers' operations. |
