| 摘要： | The IAPH welcomes new colleagues, Rhona Macdonald and Sisangile Nduna, who will help boost the organization's geographical spread. Macdonald joined with a dual role, dividing her work between the IAPH as policy and IMO liaison officer, and the British Ports Association (BPA) as a sustainability advisor, based at the BPA's office in central London. At IAPH, she supports technical director Antonis Michail on policy and project work pertaining to the IMO. For example, the strategic partnership agreement between the Norwegian government and the IMO on the GreenVoyage2050 project, which aims to transform the shipping industry toward a lower carbon future. |
