| 摘要： | The performance of the DWSRF programs in their 10th year was outstanding. Since their launch in 1997, the increasing impact that the DWSRF programs have had on public health and the drinking water industry has never been greater or more apparent. The 51 state and territorial DWSRF programs are each evolving to best meet the investment needs of their systems to advance the public health protection objectives of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
