| 摘要： | The purpose of the proposed project presented in this EA is to reduce or prevent damages to residential structures located along the Franklin Branch of the Rouge River in Bloomfield Township. Specifically, the project would address the properties located along the north side of Fourteen Mile Road between Inkster Road and Franklin Court, as well as homes located along the north side of Franklin Court and the south side of Pickering Court. The proposed project would help minimize the economic loss associated with structural damage of private property as a result of frequent flooding events and severe erosion.
