摘要：	The purpose of this report is to present a set of results from research into loss-rates functions applicable to selected Texas watersheds. The results reported herein comprise the culmination of a set of research components for application of the unit hydrograph method for development of drainage design discharges for Texas transportation projects. A number of loss-rate methods were explored by the research teams represented by members from U.S. Geological Survey, Texas Tech University, Lamar University, and University of Houston. A variety of approaches are documented in the report, although it is left to the analyst to determine the most appropriate approach for a particular design problem. / NOTE: Technical rept.
