| 摘要： | The mission of Clean Cities is to advance the nation's economic, environmental, and energy security by supporting local decisions to adopt practices that contribute to the reduction of petroleum consumption in the transportation sector. Clean Cities is a community-based, voluntary program that provides a framework for local businesses and governments to work together as a coalition to build on the community's existing Clean Cities technologies markets. The Clean Cities framework helps coalitions to focus and coordinate the activities necessary to strengthen the existing markets.
