The five volumes of the Aircraft Crash Survival Design Guide cover the following topics: Volume I - Design Criteria and Checklists; Volume II - Aircraft Crash Environment and Human Tolerance; Volume III - Aircraft Structural Crashworthiness; Volume IV - Aircraft Seats, Restraints, Litters, and Padding; and Volume V - Aircraft Postcrash Survival. This volume contains concise criteria drawn from Volume II - V, supplement by checklists intended to assist designers in implementation of the criteria. |
