摘要: THE AIM IS TO MAKE A REALISTIC ASSESSMENT OF THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF A PRESTRESSED CONCRETE ROAD BRIDGE CARRYING HEAVY TRAFFIC. THE PROCEDURE IS TO MEASURE THE REACTIONS OF A TEST BRIDGE TO HEAVY VEHICLES PASSING OVER IT. THE NATURAL VIBRATIONS OF THE BRIDGE IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION ARE DETERMINED BY MEANS OF A SERVO-HYDRAULIC VIBRATION EXCITER. CONSTANTS: BRIDGE DYNAMICS. VARIABLE PARAMETERS: VEHICLE DYNAMICS (FREQUENCY OF PASSING), SPEED, VEHICLE TYPE (2, 3, 4 AND 5 AXLE SINGLE VEHICLES AND VEHICLES PULLING TRAILERS), ROAD SURFACE (3 EXPERIMENTAL SURFACINGS WITH VARYING ROUGHNESS), AND NUMBER OF VEHICLES SIMULTANEOUSLY ON THE BRIDGE. RESULTS: A DYNAMIC MODEL WHICH REPRESENTS THE PROCESS OF A HEAVY VEHICLE TRAVELLING OVER A BRIDGE AS A FUNCTION OF THE DETERMINATIVE PARAMETERS.
