| 摘要： | The aims of this project are: 1) migrate a "pavement mangement" information system from a mainframe computer environment to a P.C.-based environment; 2) develop a GIS interface to work with the system; 3) reduce time and resources required to manage the system, the new "PCMS" only collects asphalt distress condition, whereas the old "PMS" required distress plus roughness and road strength; 4) transfer information management of the data to the departmental sections using the information.
