Herre was named president and chief operating officer of Jeffboat. THIRTY YEARS AGO, T.L. James & Company Inc. of St. Rose, La., took delivers- of two towboats from Bale-hi Marine Inc.; Orange Shipbuilding Company Inc. laid the keel for the North Carolina ferry Gov. Russell; and River Fleets Inc. of St. Louis, Mo., adopted a 1.1-mile stretch of the Mississippi River for cleanup under a new program sponsored by the Corps of Engineers. |
