THIRTY YEARS AGO, Xenium Fiberglass Corporation delivered its first set of barge covers from its new Caruthersville, Mo., plant; Gretna Machine & Iron Works Inc. christened and launched a 345-foot ro/ro barge named Waialeale at Harvey, La.; and the Port of New Orleans broke ground on a new $84 million container terminal complex. |
