| 摘要： | This report documents an analysis of the effects of the introduction of civil tiltrotor (CTR) service on airport delays. The analysis is intended as one in a set of analyses designed to provide information to senior decision makers and other interested parties on the potential effects of CTR service on National Airspace System performance. It is a limited analysis of a scenario that addresses the introduction of CTR services into the Northeast Corridor of the United States using several simplifying assumptions. |
