| 摘要： | This report describes the heavy brigade propositioned (PREPO) afloat operations processes for the alert phase, deployment phase, and theater reception and onward movement phase. The report identifies the processes/tasks performed by the off-load preparation party (OPP), advance party, transportation group, and main body. It identifies the overall duration time of the operations and recommendations to reduce that time. Two situations were examined: (1) pier side off-load, and 92) in-stream off-load. A decision support system (DSS) is under development by the TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) to encompass the PREPO operations to allow staff planners to determine durations for various contingencies. |
