| 摘要： | To assure consistency in agency planning, the Office of Aviation Policy, Plans, and Management Analysis provides an extension of its annual 12-year forecasts of aviation demand. Although forecast values are shown for specific years, it must be recognized that year-to-year fluctuations are difficult to forecast precisely. Therefore, the projections reflect the trend of average conditions expected during the forecast period. |
