| 摘要： | C&C Marine & Repair, Belle Chasse,La., has delivered the mv. Bowling Green to Kirby Inland Marine, which will oper-ate it under a long-term lease from Hines Furlong Line.The Bowing Green is the second in a three-boat series; the first was the Scarlett Rose Furlong, which was delivered late last year. (WJ, November 23, 2020).The triple-screw 6,600 hp.Bowling Green measures 170 by 50 feet, with a pilot house eye level of 39 feet, 3 inch-es. It was designed by CT Marine LLC,Portland, Maine. It is powered by three Cummins QSK60-M main engines, sup-plied by Cummins Mid-South, which are paired with three ReintjesWAF 1173 H/V reduction gears, supplied by Karl Senner LLC. Service power is provided by three Cummins QSM11-DM, 275 kW genera-tors, and the conventional steering system HPU was provided by EMI Marine. The towboat is outfitted with three 100-inch-diameter, stainless-steel, fixed-pitch pro-pellers, supplied by Sound Propeller Sys-tems Inc., and features a double steering rudder system. |
