摘要：	This technical note contains the Time Code Display (TCD) Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Integration and Operational Test Plan. This test plan was used to define the overall planning, coordination, and testing associated with the preparation and conduct of the OT&E effort for the TCD project. In addition, this plan was utilized to serve as a basis for the development of the OT&E Test Procedures.
