| 摘要： | Executive Order (EO) 12941 requires all Federal agencies to develop and submit "seismic upgrade" cost estimates to the Federal Emergency Management Agency no later than 1 December 1998. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assisted the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in responding to this EO by evaluating the seismic resistance of many of their facilities. This report presents a detailed seismic evaluation of the FAA's Airport Traffic Control Towers in Salinas, San Carlos, Palo Alto, and San Luis Obispo, CA. |
