| 摘要： | This project will (1) provide a thorough synthesis of current research and existing guidelines on separated bike lanes, (2) develop design recommendations for implementing and operating separated bike lanes, and (3) provide a tool to aid in cost-benefit analyses with consideration to both safety and traffic operations of all road users to be used by Minnesota-based agencies to make data-driven design and planning decisions. |
