This goal of this study is to examine whether use of seat belts on school buses has indirect effects on safety. The project entails identifying existing research on the topic to determine what indirect effects have been noted and the methods used to study the changes, if any. The study will conduct a literature review and program scan to identify behaviors influenced by installing and using seat belts on school buses and will produce a Final Report detailing the literature review and program scan findings including behaviors of interest and methodologies used.
