| 摘要： | The goal of this project is to provide the LADOTD with recommendations and an implementation plan to improve the quality of design plans developed by consultants. The objectives are to identify best practices among other state DOT�s for the evaluation of consultant plan deliverables; conduct a thorough review and assessment of the LADOTD consultant plan delivery process; identify best practices among other state DOT�s for the evaluation of consultant rating systems; evaluate the effectiveness and subjectivity of the LADOTD�s current consultant rating system and provide recommendations. |
