| 摘要： | The Port Authority of New York & New Jersely is a leader nationally in incorporating climate resilience into major capital projects at the design phase. The agency has adopted comprehensive design guidelines to improve the resilience of agency infrastructure. However, the agency is interested in documenting leading practices at peer agencies regarding how to incorporate resilience considerations earlier and throughout the capital project planning process. The primary goal of this project is to map current processes used in the region to make capital planning and project selection/prioritization decisions, document leading practice case examples from transportation agencies nationally and recommend ways to better align decisions to support improved resilience to extreme weather events and changing climate conditions. |
