| 摘要： | The major objective of the proposed research is to identify the best practices for assessing roadway damages caused by flooding aiming to develop multiple levels of roadway damage assessment protocols. A comprehensive literature review and a national survey will be conducted to develop hierarchical level of flood-induced damaged evaluation, from a holistic point of view by considering the characteristics of flood, pavement, and costs associated with damage repairing and mitigation. Constraints such as funding and the availability of field data will also be taken into account. |
