| 摘要： | The objectives of this research are: 1- Characterization of hazards; 2- Vulnerability of assets and proxy indicators; 3- Consequence analysis at the system level; 4- Risk-based asset management plans; and 5- Decision tool and scalability to other agencies. Tasks include: Task 1- Characterization of hazards (objective 1); Task 2- Vulnerability assessment and proxy indicators (objective 2); Task 3- Consequence analysis at the system level (objective 3); Task 4- Integration within transportation asset management plan (objective 4); and Task 5- Scalability of the developed tools and guidelines (objective 5). |
