| 摘要： | The research team will identify and research the most prevalent weigh station pre-clearance/e-screening systems; conduct a side-by-side analysis of screening information made available to States; perform a roadside analysis on usage of systems by enforcement personnel; complete an inspection analysis of carriers that would have been cleared versus carriers without pre-clearance systems onboard; assess the benefits of pre-clearance/e-screening systems to industry; and determine crashes prevented, injuries avoided, and lives saved due to the use of e-screening systems. |
