| 摘要： | Fiber additives in asphalt concrete mixtures purportedly increase the pavement layer�s resistance to rutting and thermal and fatigue cracking while increasing its structural capacity. Aramid fibers are a class of heat‐resistant strong synthetic fibers being incorporated in hot mix asphalt mixtures. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will employ aramid fibers to reinforce the hot mix asphalt surface mixture being used during a rehabilitation project. |
