| 摘要： | The overall goal of this research is to assess the economic impact of J-turns on businesses in the corridor where these turns have been implemented in Louisiana. A secondary goal is to assess the perception of businesses near these J-turns. The analysis in this study can be used by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) for a more effective access management in Louisiana. This becomes even more critical since fatalities are on the rise again after several years of decline and countermeasures are therefore warranted. |
