| 摘要： | This project will verify the accuracy, validity, and best practices for use of International Roughness Index (IRI) readings taken using a mobile device and the Road Bump Application developed by Grimmer Software. The Road Bump Application will be used on a mobile device to independently verify the results from a Contractor Conducted IRI. If the devices and software are accurate and capable of creating acceptable data, they will be used to determine and verify Contractor submitted smoothness data. The technology will also be used to determine and verify locations that need to be repaired and will also gather current roadway smoothness to be used in making design considerations. |
