| 摘要： | To maximize asset management; to facilitate pavement design and pavement preservation; and to precisely target highway infrastructure improvements, it is critical that the Arizona Department of Transportation enhance its pavement management cross-functional interconnectivity. This research is expected to provide a web-based, commercial off-the-shelf software that will function as a pavement management system and source of pavement condition and design data on a statewide basis accessible to Highway Development and Engineering District personnel. Implementation is expected to result in forecasting of pavement conditions and to enhance ADOT's decision-making capability in selecting pavement preservation strategies. |
