Energieffektivare arbetspendling: Betydelsen av motivation vid utformning av beteendepverkansprogram
项目名称: Energieffektivare arbetspendling: Betydelsen av motivation vid utformning av beteendepverkansprogram
摘要: This project aims to determine how behavioral intervention programs should be designed to be as effective as possible in order to achieve sustainable and energy-efficient travel mode choices. New knowledge will be developed about motivation and behavioral change, and more specifically about where in the motivational process an individual is and its relation to how effective different types of interventions will be. This creates a better understanding of how interventions can be designed for a more energy-efficient travel. Influencing car commuters to replace an average of one commuting day per week will reduce energy use in the order of 20% for this type of travel. Changes in commuting behaviour may also spill-over to other journeys leading to additional energy efficiency. The project is run in cooperation between SAMOT at Karlstad University and Department of Industrial Ecology at KTH, Stockholm, and in collaboration with Vrmlandstrafik AB and Blekingetrafiken.
