| 摘要： | Minnesota is the Lead Agency in the North/West Passage Transportation Pooled Fund Study (TPF-5(190)). The vision of the North/West Passage Corridor is to focus on developing effective methods for sharing, coordinating, and integrating traveler information and operational activities across state and provincial borders. The purpose of this project would be to continue to support freight related activities for the members for another year. The goals of this project are to: (1) facilitate and support monthly North/West Passage Freight Task Force webinars to maintain North/West Passage understanding of freight issues along I-90 and I-94 and inform the task force of freight industry trends; (2) identify and track programs for funding North/West Passage Freight Task Force projects from the Task Force Work Plan (http://www.nwpassage.info/projects/phase8/downloads/8-3-tech-memo-I-ftf-work-plan.pdf); and (3) identify truck parking availability systems corridor-wide that will provide near real-time information to commercial vehicle drivers. |
