| 摘要： | The objectives of this contract are to be accomplished through the following tasks: (1) T2 staff will conduct an editorial review of draft final reports submitted by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Research Center. (2) T2 staff will ensure that draft final reports comply with the guidelines posted on the Research Center's website, including being written in the required format, are readable in terms of correct grammar and style, and adhere to standard documentation practices. (3) Reviews are to consist of a full format review and a non-exhaustive review for readability whereby staff will review sample portions from each section of the report. Reviews are not to be revisions; i.e., they will not provide a comprehensive list of errors or in-text markup. (4) T2 staff will document deficiencies in an itemized list, noting page number, problem, and solution. T2 staff is expected to identify examples of recurrent errors requiring correction to substantiate a return of the document to the author. (5) For reports that are riddled with incorrect grammar, contain incoherent statements, or are generally unreadable, T2 staff should briefly identify general problems and return the document to the Research Center. (6) T2 staff will complete editorial reviews within 10 business days of the receipt of the draft final report. (7) The editorial reviews are to be written using Microsoft Word. |
