| 摘要： | This project mainly focuses on Trafikverket Portfolio 4 "Robust road and rail infrastructure" and "Minimizing traffic disruption". The first objective is enhancing the assessment of lateral wander in the planning and design of collision-free roads. This includes enhancing the predictive models to optimize the maintenance activities. The second objective is to integrate the LCC analysis, pavement design and traffic disruption effects for optimization of maintenance activities from a socio-economic perspective. This will provide a basis for further development of the Transport Administration LCC tool for roads. The first stage of the project includes a literature review in the field. The second step is to assess the impact of different factors by studying different data bases such as PMSv3. The third step includes model development based on statistical analysis to describe the variation regarding the relevant factors. In a limited case, existing data and the above-described models will be utilized in order to perform an LCC analysis based on various possible measures. |
