摘要: The purpose of the project is to continue the development of a joint sociotechnical system along the lines described in Simon Tschirner's recently published thesis. The FOT-project that ends in November 2015 will deliver a system chart containing three central roles and the needs expressed by each of them in terms of requirements on the other two parts, respectively. The three different roles are: traffic planners (train dispatchers), train drivers and traffic information providers. In order to benefit from available capacity these three roles need to communicate and cooperatie efficiently within one and the same sociotechnical system. From this joint undertaking and commitment, it seems possible to have more precise requirements in terms of exchange of information within the system. The idea here is to gather representatives from the different parts (roles) in order to specify in more detail the organizational and technical interfaces between them. The design of these interfaces need to consider competence on different levels of the organizations, both from the management level and the more operative levels. For example, operative personnel need to cooperate across existing sub-systems for traffic planning, traffic dispatching, train driving and information dissemination. The sociotechnical system chart is the joint point of departure in the dialogue seminars that make up the principal and main method applied in the project. A central part of the sociotechnical system and the system chart is RTTP, the Real Time Traffic Plan which makes it possible to re-plan train traffic in real-time. The basic ideas behind the conditions for re-planning and prioritization under real-time constraints need to be communicated from a MTO-perspective (Man-Technology-Organization) explicitly, and as distributed decision making deliberately.
