| 摘要： | The objective of this project is to advance the practice and application of transportation planning among metropolitan, regional, local, and tribal transportation planning agencies in response to significant changes in the planning process; and to identify new tools, techniques, and approaches that respond to national transportation planning priorities. This research has the potential to transform metropolitan transportation project selection by providing metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) with recommended processes for fully integrating safety into project prioritization. |
