| 摘要： | In the first stage of the project indicators of the level of congestion in different parts of the city at different times are defined and calculated, based on the available traffic data. Furthermore the existence of macroscopic fundamental diagram for suitably defined areas of the city is investigated. In the second stage, the project will examine how congestion indicators and the macroscopic fundamental diagram can be used as input to the adaptive congestion charges. |
