| 摘要： | Federal motor fuel taxes provide the large majority of the revenues used for Federal aid to highways and transit. This revenue stream may be threatened if alternative fuels that are not currently taxed become commonly used, if fuel efficiency increases to the point of reducing revenues, or if alternative fuels are subsidized because of tax policies that decrease the amounts deposited into the Highway Trust Fund accounts for highways and transit. |
