| 摘要： | The report presented herein is a comprehensive overview of the practice of harbor dredging at the Port of New York and New Jersey, USA. The study was commissioned by the Port Authority of Piraeus, Greece with the objective of creating a database for the state-of-practice in harbor dredging in complex and large scale port operations. An important objective of the study was to present a dynamic decision support tool to dredging managers in Greece based on the extensive experience of their counterparts in the U.S. |
