摘要：	The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration supports the enactment of stronger child passenger safety laws that cover every child, in every seating position, and in every vehicle. Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death in the United States for children from age 2 to 14. All 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories have child passenger safety laws (car seat laws).
