This report discusses findings in the following areas: ITS deployment and operations, Maintaining a Network of Field Devices, Using Toll Tag Readers for Traffic Monitoring, Interfacing TMC and FHP CAD Systems, Using Dynamic Message Signs for Traveler Information, Implementing Variable Speed Limits, Statewide Operations, Evacuation Operations, Traveler Information Operations, Weather Data, Transportation Security.
