| 摘要： | This 21st Annual Report on the Airport Improvement Program (AIP): Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 is submitted to Congress in accordance with Section 47131 of Title 49 of the United States Code. This report covers activities for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004, and provides a detailed statement of airport development funded by AIP grants, allocation of appropriated funds, and an itemized statement of expenditures and receipts.
