摘要: This letter provides U.S. Army Corps of Engineers design guidance regarding Army Airfield rotary wing aircraft mooring and grounding points. This guidance provides design requirements for mooring points that will resist a 15,250 pound force applied at 19 degrees from the paving surface and grounding points that will have a resistance of less than 10,000 ohms. This letter applies to all HQUSACE, major subordinate commands, district offices, and field operating activities (FOA) having military construction and design responsibility, and all airfields and heliports on USACE real property.
