| 摘要： | Nirox as a brand has been involved in the manufacture and sale of heavy duty trommels since the early 2000s, developing a full range of models. The main objective was to build a simple but robust range of trommels that would stand up to the harsh environments of the quarry and mine industries. The main purpose of the trommel is to take large feed material, separate the dirt and give sized spec material for the client. This was achieved by building each model with the appropriate sized hopper built to receive material up to a 1.2 m on the larger models. This raw feed material is fed into the drum by a reciprocating plate feeder. The drums vary in diameter from 1.2 m all the way up to 3m on the bespoke options. The drums are all built to the same high quality with design features that give extended life. Nirox was the one that successfully designed and developed the track machine concept, that is commonly replicated by other manufactures. This simple design opened up the market for trommels as it allow a trommel to be moved from site to sit with no need for any civils. |
