| 摘要： | With the increase of population and expansion of port cities and consequently the growth of the economy of that region, the need for investment and development of ports and wharves is inevitable. For this purpose, its infrastructure must first be provided, including the construction of a breakwater to create a large and quiet pond. The port's old breakwater included a 600-meter-long main breakwater and a 100-meter-long secondary breakwater that provided a pond of 82,000 m~2, but is currently unsuitable for cargo ships traffic and mooring so a larger berth must be built. The new design includes a main breakwater with a length of 1325 m and a secondary breakwater with a length of 440 m and a pond area of 360,000 m~2. |
